What was the highlight of Shinjuku Washington Hotel
A very good hotel (clean and comfortable) in a great location.
Location of hotel was excellent - walking distance to restaurants and train station. Beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful at checkin and checkout machine was great.
Breakfast - scrambled eggs not cooked enough. An egg station would be an asset. No common area to sit with friends for a drink or a chat

Convenient location & affordable but small room
The location was convenient.. there was a family mart & lawson in the building, a cafe nearby, plus airport bus transit. The staff are friendly & very helpful
Keep in mind that almost all hotels in tokyo have tight rooms but this was smaller than where we stayed previously. You can hear through the walls & the bathroom is a bit elevated so it’s tough to get around. There definitely wasn’t enough room for both our luggages. Wouldn’t recommend for a family or a couple, maybe if you’re on a budget & not sharing the room with anyone, it would do.

Great location, Great staff.
In walking distance to/from the Shinjuku station, some good food options on level 1 and 2. Easy access to taxi and airport limousine services.
I had to upgrade from the single room as it is so small that I immediately felt claustrophobic once I entered. No room service for food but very quick to respond when you need other amenities such as an iron.
